Virtual learning environment
Fronter is the name of the Taroona Primary School virtual learning environment which supports us to engage in learning collaboratively and sharing our learning with an authentic and wide audience. It is accessible on any computer with internet access using your child’s username and password or the TPS guest login: username tps / password tps.
Fronter is like the School Building. It is made up of many rooms, some of which belong to our specialist teachers e.g. PE, Music and French and some that may be set up temporarily when needed e.g. Tournament of Minds. All classes have their own room as well as accompanying grade curriculum rooms and gallery spaces.
Access to Fronter is either through the school website, click on the Fronter image below and this will take you to your log-in page, or by googling ‘fronter tas’. Once you have entered your username and password it will take you to the School Fronter ‘Primary Home Room’. Then click on the grade you are searching for. Class newsletters, student work and other class activities will be found here.
